Our verified badge means owner confirmation: an owner or authorised representative has confirmed the listing and their permission to publish its information. It is free and is separate from featured placement or any future paid plan.
What we check
- Confirm that the person requesting verification is the owner or an authorised representative, using an established business email, official business social account or another suitable business record.
- Confirm the business name, public contact details, location or service area, services and permission to use the supplied photos.
- Record the confirmation method, date and reviewer privately. If details cannot be confirmed, the listing stays unverified while we ask for clarification.
What the badge means for visitors
The badge confirms the connection to the listing and permission to publish. It does not certify professional licences, NDIS registration, insurance, qualifications, service quality or the outcome of a purchase. Check any relevant credentials with the appropriate register and agree prices and terms directly with the provider.
A featured listing receives extra visibility. Featured placement does not provide verification or change these checks.
How to confirm or claim your listing
If a listing shows “Claim this listing”, sign in with your owner account and submit your claim. We review claims before transferring control. If you supplied your details directly to us, or your listing already shows a badge, contact us if you need help accessing or updating it.
Email admin@pinoyinaustralia.com with the listing link, your name, your role and a way to confirm your connection to the business. Please do not send passwords, full identity documents or customer information. We will request only the minimum evidence needed if further checks are required.
Keep your information current
Owners should update changed contact details, service areas, prices and availability. A badge may be removed while an ownership dispute or material accuracy concern is reviewed.
