About Pinoy in Australia
Pinoy in Australia is a community directory for discovering businesses, services and community organisations, across Australia. These terms and listing guidelines explain how to use the directory and submit content. For support, corrections, complaints or removal requests, contact admin@pinoyinaustralia.com.
Free listings
Listing submissions are free. No listing package purchase is required. We do not promise that the directory will always be free; any future optional paid service will have its price and terms explained before you choose it. Creating a free listing does not authorise a future charge.
Your account and public information
Use accurate account information and protect access to your account. Submit a listing only for yourself, your business or an organisation you are authorised to represent. Choose business contact details that you intend to make public. Public listings may be indexed by search engines or shared by visitors. Do not upload passwords, identity documents, payment details, private conversations or other sensitive information.
Our Privacy Policy explains account information, social sign-in, cookies, service providers and access, correction and deletion requests.
Content you submit
Keep descriptions, prices, locations, contact details, opening hours and claims accurate and current. Use categories that match the listing. You must have permission to publish all submitted text, images and contact information. Do not copy private-group posts, screenshots, comments or other people’s personal information without the necessary rights and permission.
By submitting material for publication, you permit Pinoy in Australia to store, format and display that material on the directory for the purpose of providing and promoting your listing. You retain ownership of your material. This permission does not transfer your ownership or give us permission to sell your private account information. Request changes or removal through your account or our support email.
Moderation and acceptable use
New listings and listing changes are reviewed before publication. We may request clarification, decline publication or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, unrelated, duplicated, spam, abusive or violates another person’s rights. Do not impersonate another business, make unsupported verification claims, publish discriminatory or exploitative offers, promote prohibited goods or services, or interfere with the website or other accounts.
A review is a content check and is not a guarantee that a business, qualification, offer or listing is verified. Some starter entries are compiled from public business websites and are identified as not owner-verified. Owners can request corrections or removal.
Reviews and community contributions
If you leave a review, describe your own genuine experience and disclose any relationship or incentive that could affect it. Do not submit fabricated reviews, pretend to be a customer, harass people or publish unrelated personal information. Report suspected false or misleading content to our support email, including the listing URL and relevant details.
Contacting businesses and making arrangements
Confirm current details, availability, qualifications and prices directly with the relevant business or organisation. A directory entry or external link is not an endorsement or guarantee. The directory does not currently provide a booking, payment or escrow service; any arrangements you make directly with a listed provider are with that provider. Do not transfer money or provide sensitive information solely because an offer appears in the directory.
Corrections, complaints and removal
Email admin@pinoyinaustralia.com with the listing URL, the issue and the correction or action requested. For ownership or account requests, we may ask for reasonable evidence that you represent the relevant account or business. Do not email passwords or identity documents unless a secure process has been agreed. We will review complaints and seek clarification where needed. Availability and changes
The directory is an early service. Features, content and availability may change, and interruptions may occur. We will update this page when these guidelines change and show the date above. Material changes to a paid service, if introduced, will be explained before purchase. Nothing in these guidelines excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
